TEAM Up 2 Win! Registration How-To Guide
Thank you for your interest in TEAM Up 2 Win and for supporting TEAM Coalition's
efforts to promote responsible drinking and positive fan behavior. This message is an important one to
share with the members of your organization.
The Responsibility Has Its Rewards pledge is simple. Members simply pledge to:
- Never drive drunk
- Always have a designated driver
- Never provide alcohol to anyone under 21 years of age
- Always buckle up - every trip, every time
Below are brief instructions for coordinating this program during NCAA® March Madness®.
Register your organization and support efforts to prevent drunk driving!
You will enter organization information, select dates for participation and have access to e-mail templates to invite your members to pledge and donate.
The TEAM Up 2 Win site will allow you to create a unique registration code for your members to participate in TEAMUp2Win! As the administrator for your organization, you will be able to manage your group's participation. Optional donations to TEAM Coalition are not required for participation. If your organization has a matching donation program, be sure to indicate that policy when you register.

Your organization is also welcome to add your own incentive to encourage more of your employees to participate in the
TEAM Up 2 Win! program. Incentives such as front row seating for game watches, prime parking spots, gift certificates and tickets to
events are great incentives to drive participation and donations.
Now that NCAA® March Madness® is underway, send e-mail reminders to your members. Sample e-mails are provided in the Download Center.
Monitor your organization's participation via your online group page.
You can also prepare a media alert to let your community know
about your organization's support for TEAM Up 2 Win! Visit the Download Center for the templates and instructions.
Have fun during NCAA® March Madness®! Encourage your members to participate in TEAM Up 2 Win! for a chance to win a trip to either San Antonio for the Women's Final Four or to Indianapolis for the Men's Final Four.
Two lucky winners will receive one of two trips - one to the Women's Final Four and one to the Men's Final Four. The prizes also include airline tickets and hotel accommodations in either San Antonio, TX or Indianapolis, IN
during the NCAA® Women's Final Four® Weekend April 4 - 6, 2010 or the NCAA® Men's Final Four® Weekend April 3 - 5, 2010.
The winners and the organizations' administrators will be
contacted on Thursday March 25, 2010 prior to the public announcement on Friday March 26, 2010.
If you are also accepting offline pledges and donations, collect donations and prepare them for return to TEAM Coalition for arrival prior to March 24, 2010. The Download Center provides a form for tracking donations and instructions for returning everything to TEAM Coalition.
TEAM Coalition will post the total number of participants, amount donated and the name of the winner on TeamUp2Win.org. Participation certificates are available to thank and acknowledge members' support at the Download Center.
